MyGround Support, LLC is not endorsed by, is not associated with, and has no connection with the Federal Express Corporation and FedEx Ground.


Customer, by purchasing any products or services and/or inquiring into any products or services , hereby enters into the following agreement with MyGround Support, LLC (herein known as Service Provider). 

Service Provider will provide services to the customer under the following terms

A) Proprietary Materials/Confidentiality: Customer hereby acknowledges that Service Provider
considers all of its work products to be proprietary, including but not limited to any templates,
drafts, questionnaires, spreadsheets or samples Service Provider provides to Customer, and any
documents Service Provider prepares or modifies (to the extent of the modification) on Customer’s
behalf.


B) Release of Liability: Customer acknowledges that Service Provider’s fee is based solely on the
value of the time Service Provider set aside to work on Customer’s services rendered and not on any other
potential value it may have to Customer. Customer agrees to accept the services offered
hereunder on an "as is" and "as offered" basis, and further agree that Service Provider’s sole obligation
hereunder is to prepare and deliver to Customer services. Customer hereby releases
Service Provider without limitation from any claims beyond that, and agree to indemnify Service Provider against
any third party claims arising from services or actions performed.

C) LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: IN NO EVENT SHALL EITHER PARTY BE LIABLE TO THE OTHER PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, LOSS OF OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO INFORMATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, INCURRED BY THE OTHER PARTY ARISING OUT OF THE SERVICES PROVIDED UNDER THIS AGREEMENT, EVEN IF SUCH PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL NEITHER PARTY’S LIABILITY ON ANY CLAIM, LOSS OR LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR CONNECTED WITH THIS AGREEMENT SHALL EXCEED ANY AMOUNTS PAID TO MYGROUND SUPPORT LLC.

D) Customer expressly agrees any returned payments will be assessed a $35 fee.  If any payment is not received within 30 calendar days of the due date, Customer expressly agrees the Service Provider may place a general lien on any Customer assets for the full amount due plus interest, legal fees, and other costs related to the collection of the amount due.

E) Customer acknowledges MyGround Support, LLC is not endorsed by, sponsored by, and has no connection with Federal Express Corporation and FedEx Ground.
